The stay was generally pleasant, with the room being lovely and well-equipped. The staff at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, especially when I faced a travel issue. However, I faced a bit of noise early in the morning due to slamming doors. Overall, it was a comfortable visit and I found the bed to be quite comfy after a long day of exploring nearby attractions.

No nonsense – just the truth
We enjoyed a two-night stay in a Deluxe Queen Room. The newly renovated space offered a comfortable bed and great views. Ample parking and a convenient location near eateries enhanced our experience. The hotel features a swimming pool, yet there were limitations with on-site dining during our visit. Excellent value overall!

great central spot for parks and cultural treasures
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it's just a short walk to the Gladstone Regional Art Gallery & Museum, which added so much to my city strolls. I also loved being close to Victoria Park for some peaceful green views while exploring the area.

We had a fantastic stay with comfy beds and enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool and sun terrace. The breakfast at Vibe cafe was a real treat, and the kids loved splashing in the pool. The only downside was some minor noise during the day, but it didn't ruin our trip at all! 😃

A Delightful Family Stay with Room for Improvement
We had a pleasant family trip, appreciating the friendly staff and the spacious pool. Although the room needed updates, our kids loved the nearby marina activities. Tip, inquire about local dining options outside the hotel for a more enjoyable meal experience.

missingWrote a review on 22 Janconvenient parkingclean bathroomdated carpet
Location offers convenient access to local attractions and parking. The bathroom features basic amenities along with a clean setup.
Rooms lack modern USB charging points, making tech charging a hassle. The carpet looks like it's from the '80s and carpet cleanliness leaves much to be desired, with noticeable black marks appearing after a short stay. The air conditioning unit struggles to cool the room effectively, leading to discomfort. Also, bathroom features like the hand towel hanging space were absent, and the bathtub showed signs of rust, while the tap water had an off-putting brown tint when turned on. Other quirks include a fridge full of overpriced items with hardly any room for personal belongings and a tiny TV positioned in a way that makes viewing uncomfortable.
